Wes Thompson is a dynamic leader passionate about helping others thrive in both life and business. He is the Executive Director of The Refuge, Inc, a non-profit dedicated to providing hope and healing to individuals recovering from addiction. Alongside this role, Wes owns 9 Subway franchises and is the co-owner of Oak and Anchor Counseling.

With over a decade of experience as a pastor and church planter, Wes has cultivated a deep appreciation for personal growth, both as a coach and a coachee, over the past 10 years. His journey has fueled his commitment to empowering others through transformative coaching.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Wes is an avid reader, a music enthusiast who enjoys writing and recording, and a devoted Cavs fan. Above all, he treasures time spent with his wife, Amber, and their two children, Stella and Clive, finding joy and gratitude in every moment with his family
